Carl is a partner in the law firm of Newton Becker Bouwkamp Pendoski, PC where he practices in the areas of domestic/family law, while also serving clients with business litigation needs and general commercial advice. He practices in various counties throughout the state with the majority of his work being in Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Hancock and Boone counties. He has lectured on numerous occasions regarding domestic/family law issues including child custody, child support, property issues, mediation and other alternative dispute resolution techniques, and the representation of children. Along with the other attorneys at Newton Becker Bouwkamp Pendoski, PC, they strive to be problem-solvers who use the law as a tool to fashion a solution – and that many solutions involve more than legal parameters.
